    Here is the first comic I ever made, it's called Kyogree and Latios:

    its good for a first try but you should add some more humor,and try other backgrounds.8/10

    I don't give out extra points for "First comics" It's just an overused excuse for people trying to get sympathy. Oh god why do people post these just for me to hurt my poor keyboard...

    Well the background is horrible. FOR GOD'S SAKE PEOPLE GO TO www.BGHQ.com FOR SOME FREEGING BACKGROUNDS! DON'T USE 2 TONED PAINT BACKGROUNDS! *Ahem* while I am on the subject water does NOT have a black outline. That just makes the water blue dirt. While we are STILL on the subject, I have to comment you on the volcano...just it needs shading. Oh and the ocean dissapears in the last panel. Yet your framework isn't bad You get a 2 on backgrounds

    For sprites, you used the horrible 1-posed pokemon sprites, that are POSING, not STANDING, or FLYING. Why people use them? I don't know...but people need to learn how to make these sprites have more than one pose...or maybe just learn to sprite. And what is with that wave of water? You need to use SPRITES in sprite COMICS. You get a 0 for sprites.

    For humor this was NOT funny. As soon as someone says "Argh" it kills the funny, repetedly with a blunted knife. It seriously was not funny. Got a 0

    Special Effects, to cut it short there were none except for a crappy blast of water. 0

    Characters, a latios, an UNKNOWN VOICE, and a kyogre. All of which are stale, all of which are forgotten, all of which have no personallity. All of which, are pitiful. You get a 0

    And finally the spelling, well I must compliment you on this, your spelling is not abysmal yet it has it's flaws, you spelled nuts wrong which is VERY easy to spell . Your text boxes are also very basic, and leave A LOT of space. One more thing, why is he screaming Lah la lah. 3

    Just because you like those BGs dosein't mean we all have to. And thats pritty good for a first try. Oh and armadilloHD The reson the ocen disapers is because they are flying hier. Stop flaming people about that stuped site and let them bo what they want! And your advertising wich means your doing two things agenst the rules: Flaming and Advertising. Sorry abought the misspelling I'm typing fast.

    I'm not flaming OR advertising. I give reasons to WHY I don't like things, and I believe they are reasonable.

    And the reason I'm telling people about that site is because i'm giving A TIP. That place has almost every game background out their and they really buff your comics up. Just look at Death's X Blaziken comic. I helped him to get some backgrounds. I'm not even a part of that site, I just use their backgrounds

    All I can say is...since this IS your first comic, you have a lot of time to improve.

    Look at the website. It has no forums, if you don't believe me review the rules at the top of the page. Stop acting like a mod because that's just as bad as spamming. You lose

    Anyway...another thing! Kyogre doesn't fly! So log that reasoning is incorrect.
     
    You too are already in a flame war,but thats not what your supposed to do here,so stop flaming or you will only make fools out of yourself,and kyogre can float in the air you know.

    ^_^;; they're great suggestions Armadillo, just try not to get so angry, if you're going to make a suggestion to someone who's new at something try to speak a bit friendlier, not in caps, and not in a list (1 you need backround, 2 better sprites...etc.) just say what you need to say in sentences XD even if the comic stinks (which this one doesn't just saying in general)
    Anyway I thought your comic had a great plot! Problem (latios XD) adventure (trying to convince the latios to stop) and salution (defeating Latios LOL) It's got adventure and a great plot! You have great sprites, but all you realy need now is a backround (thank you Armidillo ^^) If you don't like those backrounds you could always check out google and find one that is comfertable ^_^ anyway good luck with the rest of it! If you need any help you can always pm me
     
    Pretty good! ^_^ This might help; to get the exact color you want, double click any color, and click define custom colors. It's very helpful if you can't find the right color.
     
    On a scale of 1 to 10, this gets a 1. I have a word you should know: HUMOR.
