Im using this team like 90% of the time in my quick battles at the moment but i can see it needs improving but not too sure where

    My Team

    Ninjask @ leftovers
    Timid
    not EV trained

    Swords Dance
    Substitute
    Baton Pass
    Protect

Ninjasks only role is to set up my Scizor/Dragonite & Rhyperior the leftovers is to protect me from weather and using protect can also give me enough hp for 1 extra substitute and seeing as like 75% of pokemon set up on stealth rock i have a free swords dance to boot

    Salamence @ Yache Berry
    Modest
    252 S.Atk / 252 HP / 4 Spd

    Flamethrower
    Dragon Pulse
    Draco Meteor
    Hydro Pump

The return of the not so seen specialmence the amount of times ive changed into this pokemon and they pull out a antidragon wall only to get Hydropumped and OHKO Flamethrower is for coverage with steel being the only type resistant to dragon and Draco Meteor is my trump card im not too sure if i should change the berry for a white herb so i can have a free Draco Meteor i used to use Choice Specs but it was pretty usless

    Kingdra @ Lum Berry
    Adamant
    252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 Spd

    Dragon Dance
    Hydro Pump
    Waterfall
    Outrage

i think kingdra is the only flaw in my team its been OHKO by close combat and EQ so many times i put him in my team for the abuse of heatran but ive only come against 1 im thinking of changing this for a Gyarados

    Dragonite @ Yache Berry
    Adamant
    252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 Spd

    Dragon Dance
    ThunderPunch
    FirePunch
    IcePunch

This is my main sweeper and its the reason why i 6-0 its type coverage is practically perfect the berry is for ice shard revenge killers and after ninjask has given him 1 SD anything that hits super effective is gone and ive never seen any pokemon live a punch from 2 SD boosts and if i swich into a ground or fire pokemon i have DD to set up if ninjask has been KO or i had to switch out

    Rhyperior @ Custap Berry
    Adamant
    252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 Spd

    ThunderPunch
    Stone Edge
    Earthquake
    Megahorn

I bring Rhyperior in if i manage to get 5-6 speed boosts from ninjask Rhyperiors got 416 Base Attack so STAB EQ and Stone Edge OHKO most things without a problem and the custap berry is another trump card (battled shadow lugia he had kingdra locked into Outrage killed my kingdra i switched in Rhyperior Stone Edge got the KO and his last poke was Infernape, i had a scizor left and the custap berry let me EQ and win the battle)

    Scizor @ Life Orb
    Adamant
    252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 Spd

    Bullet Punch
    Baton Pass
    Superpower
    Pursuit

Scizor was my main sweeper until i changed SD for Baton Pass which i use him as a sweeper/scouter now bullet punch with technicians boost after a SD from ninjask is a OHKO unless resisted which Superpower will do the damage pursuit is for switching in on ghosts and pyschic pokemon who always switch out

I have a Tyranitar, Metagross, Garchomp and Salamence(physical) in my PC who are battle ready but i cant see any way of puting them into my team as Rhyperior has done alot more for me then Tyranitar has

    Tyranitar
    Adamant
    252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 Spd

    Dragon Dance
    Crunch
    Stone Edge
    Earthquake

    Metagross
    Jolly
    252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP

    Meteor Mash
    Stealth Rock
    Earthquake
    Explosion

    Salamence
    Lonely
    252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP

    Dragon Dance
    Dragon Claw
    Brick Break
    Earthquake

    Ninjask @ leftovers
    Timid
    248 HP / 184 Def / 76 Spe

    Swords Dance
    Substitute
    Baton Pass
    Protect
lol Jask. Lol non-ev trained. Might as well go with that Might as well go with this set
Ninjasks only role is to set up my Scizor/Dragonite & Rhyperior the leftovers is to protect me from weather and using protect can also give me enough hp for 1 extra substitute and seeing as like 75% of pokemon set up on stealth rock i have a free swords dance to boot

    Salamence @ Choice Specs
    Modest
    252 S.Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Def

    Flamethrower
    Dragon Pulse
    Draco Meteor
    Hydro Pump
o.O no no no. Mence + Special attacks = Specs/Mix Mence. YacheSpecial mence doesn't seem very plausable. Especially with you lacking specs to give it additive fire power. No HP investment so you have odd # HP to come in on rocks more than 3 times.

    Kingdra @ Leftovers
    Adamant
    252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4HP

    Dragon Dance
    Substitute
    Waterfall
    Outrage
SubDD > what you posted. This can come in on quite a few threats. Blissey's Ice Beam / Fthrow. Sub up on switch/status effect. DDup. Sweep. And I assure you, being outsped by so many things with such little speed investment might have been your problem in being ohko'ed
i think kingdra is the only flaw in my team its been OHKO by close combat and EQ so many times i put him in my team for the abuse of heatran but ive only come against 1 im thinking of changing this for a Gyarados

    Dragonite @ Yache Berry
    Adamant
    252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP

    Dragon Dance
    Outrage
    Earthquake
    Fire Punch / Fire Blast
Dude whats with the large HP with no speed? :P This attack spread gives you great coverage hitting Heatran which Fire/Ice/Thunder Punch all fail to KO even after a DD. Fire Blast is considerable but if you go with it switch to a Naughty Nature. I don't like Yache but if you want to run it fine. But opting for a LO might help you more.

However according to an above post your weakness to gettign CC'ed is pretty high. So a Salamence might run you better.

    Salamence @ Life Orb
    Adament
    252 Att / 252 Spe / 4 HP
    Trait: Intimidate
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Fang

Will be a lot more destructive and helps with some Intimidate support. If you do this, I would honestly consider getting a replacement for dearly outdated SpecsMence.

    Rhyperior @ Leftovers
    Adamant
    252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 Spd

    Swords Dance
    Stone Edge
    Earthquake
    Megahorn
I think I'm going to cry. First off, Cutsap is no. Leftovers or LO will do you fine. Thunderpunch / Stone Edge is redundant. Swords Dance gives you sweeping capability and really hurts the opponent.

    Scizor @ Choice Band
    Adamant
    252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 Spd

    Bullet Punch
    U-Turn
    Superpower
    Pursuit
Makes better use of his attacks that you have given him. U-Turn does the same as baton pass but you have no boosts so yeah.

    Metagross
    Jolly
    252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP

    Meteor Mash
    Stealth Rock
    Earthquake
    Explosion

    Salamence
    Lonely
    252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP

    Dragon Dance
    Dragon Claw
    Brick Break
    Earthquake

Comments in bold and just a few things. You will be swept by a DDTTar given he has a turn to get a DD up. Almost your entire team is weak to him. The only thing that can really stop it is your Scizor who might not get a chance to switch in safely. And reguardless your going to probably lose a guy or 2 in the process. I also see a large weakness to DDGyara, another very very common opponent. DDLO Gyara will stroke you after a DD or 2. You lack SR, more SR ftw please. To help with your Quadruple ice weakness why don't we go with something who can lay rocks down early and gets rid of Ninjask. Here's a very decent lead that seems to fit well into this team

    Heatran @ Shuca Berry
    Naive
    4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    -Fire Blast
    -Stealth Rock
    -Explosion
    -Earthpower

You'll almost always get down a layer of rocks with this. It also aids well if you are able to switch out after rocks are placed out. Allowing Scizor to bait some Fire Blasts from friendly neighborhood Heatrans. Also your team is very physically oriented, which is fine. However, having some special hitting capability ensures you aren't lol'ed @ by some common Physical walls IE: Cress. Although, I don't see them being a big deal towards you as your coverage almost ensures they get lol'ed at right back.. That is if your pokemon have speed investment.
