-Reflect

psychic + reflect is a given. it needs them. substitute + baton pass... up to you if you want a sub passer. hp fighting/electric + calm mind is also another option if you want it to have a chance of being offensive. protect + wish is for support plus hp recovery.

you can also try choice specs, although it doesn't really fit it:

252 SPD/252 SP ATK/4 HP
-Psychic
-HP Fighting or Fire
-Grass Knot
-Wish/Reflect

has some sweeping ability but also has wish/reflect if you need it to give your team some support.

-Leaf Blade
-Substitute/Yawn
-Baton Pass/Wish
-Roar/Protect

leaf blade + sub + bp + roar OR leaf blade + yawn + wish + protect.
