This is my Dark Controller Deck (Water/ Psychic)

1 Blastoise (Base set)
4 Sabrina's Abra (3 Gym challenge, 1 Gym heroes)
2 Sabrina's Kadabra (Gym Challenge)
1 Sabrina's Alakazam (Gym Challenge)
3 Jigglypuff (Jungle)
1 Wigglytuff (Series 2)
2 Drowzee (Team rocket)
1 Rockets mewtwo
Total Pok?mon 21

2 Professor Oak
1 Professor Elm
1 Sabrina's Gaze
1 Sabrina's Psychic control

1 Sprout tower

10 Water Energy

General numbers are correct, but I don't know what you want the deck to center around. Blastoise or Alakazam? You have to choose one of the two and build a deck around that one. General outline for a deck should be...

10-17 Pokemon
10-20 Energy
23-40 Trainers

with very few exceptions to that formula.

I modified my Deck replacing the Blastoise Evo line with
2 Computer search
2 Sabrina's ESP
2 More Sabrina's Gazes
1 more TR drowzee
all the W energies are now P except one Full heal energy

 

[Bullados]

Take out about 5 of those energies and replace them with a good assortment of draw and search Trainers (including, but not limited to, Oak, Comp Search, and Item Finder)

For an Unlimited Deck, its really poor.
Take off some Pkmn and put more Trainers.
Ya can try to put more Psychic Controls and Plus Powers...
Professor Elm is sometimes better than Oak, just try to keep in mind that.
Ya have Drowzee but dun have Hypno! O______o
Aquapolis' Hypno and Fossil's one are pretty good. But ya can give a shot to Dark Hypno too... And try to put one more Wigglytuff, or take off one Jigglypuff...
But thats all my opinion and I hope that helps ^ ^;
