^_^ I think it's cute. It's sorta blurry, but I'm sure that's just your scanner. Hmmmmmm...might I recommend that you fix Latias's head a bit, she looks kinda chubby. XD Also, maybe make the shading you've done on her a little bit neater. Other than that, I think your drawing's very nice. ^_____^
