my first custom

this is my first custom its not a pokemon i know it sucks but can i have ideas for improvement

i know it needs better shading

i tried shading it

To be honest, a thread like this isn't really needed. The Spriter's Lounge is a better place to show off single sprites for whatever reason. ^_^ Please don't make a thread for just one sprite - it's best to wait until you have several sprites before you make a new thread.
