It's my first team, so I'm sure flaws are plentiful.

    Scissor lead:
Ability: Technician Nature: Adamant Item: Scarf band
    EV: Hp 100 Atk 156 speed 252
    Move sets:
    U-Turn
    Superpower
    Bullet punch
    Pursuit

Most likely U-Turn the first turn. If the opponent is faster than me and can use fire attack, I will switch to either Heatran or Starmie. If I can be faster, I will just U-turn and switch. One weakness that I already notice is infernape, if that's the case, I will just switch to heatran directly.

    Heatran
Ability: Flash fire Item: leftover Nature: Calm
    EV: HP 252 Spe 156 SpD 100
    Move sets:
    Earth Power
    Lava Plume
    Protect
    Hidden power grass

I will using this to tank possible SpA stab after switching from Scissor.

    Gliscor
Ability: Sand Veil Item: leftover Nature: Adamant
    EV: HP: 4 Atk: 100 Def: 252 Spe 152

    Move-sets:
    Earthquake
    Brick Break
    Stone Edge
    Sword Dance

Pretty much switch to this later on when facing an ATK opponent. They will either switch or hit me, that will give me a turn to sword dance. With Tyranitar's sand stream, I will have 20% evasion?

    Tyranitar
Ability: Sand Stream Item: Chesto Berry Nature: Adamant
    EV: HP 100 Atk 8 Def 200 Spe 200

    Move-sets:
    Crush
    Dragon Dance
    Stone Edge
    Rest

Being able to tank a hit or two, the dragon dance will give me the power and speed that I need.

    Starmie
Ability: Natural cure Item: life orb Nature: Modest
    EV: Hp 164 def 40 SpD 60 Spe 144 SpA 100

    Move-sets
    Recover
    Thunder Bolt
    Hydro Pump
    rapid spinner
Since I can't really one hit, so might as well invest on some def/hp/spd just so I can use recover after being switch from scissor.

    Dusknoir
Ability: Pressure Item: Leftover Nature: Adamant
    EV: Atk 4 Def 252 SpD 252

    Move-sets
    Gravity
    Dynamicpunch
    will-o-wisp
    pain split

    Gravity-> pain split/will-o-wisp-> dynamicpunch/will-o-wisp
Nothing special about this, I just like this pokemon.

    Final Thoughts:
So I notice right away that this team have hard time killing a swampert. I wonder if I should have Hidden power grass on starmie and thunderbolt on Headtran.

Would like to take suggestion on how to improve EV, movesets or maybe switch out a pokemon that shouldn't belong to this team.

EVs and some of your movesets are kinda screwed up, check smogon for a list good sets. As of now it's difficult to rate this team since none of your pokes are up to competitive standards :(

ah ok. can you give me a more in-depth explaination to why it is in competitive standard? i didnt want to use everything on smogon because i think everybody would expect to see the same move over and over, so they are prepared.

i think everybody would expect to see the same move over and over, so they are prepared.
That bit is very true. Even though I use smogon most ppl do know what movesets youd have. But if you want your own moveset you have to think hard about what will work well. And about your pokemons counters.
