My first Pokemon game maker(HELP)

Hey guy,
I'm having trouble like this
"image removed"
I try to make a gif sprites of ZEKROM
WHat should I do????

First, use less "?" and "!". Second, if you're just going about Sprites, maybe you will recive more help in this section. Third, while not being a designer, I think you should use GIMP since it's free and all. There you copy your background multiple times and going from the last to the first layer, you just change some pixels. When you got it, you just copy the layers, copying the second first and place it over all the others, then the second etc. With 5 Layers Movement (were the 5th is your original picture) you would get your layers like 5 4 3 2 1 2 3 4 5.
