Well, I guess it's not really my first; I HAVE posted RMT's...2 years ago on a different account. Anyway, I'm a little rusty, and I forgot a lot of stuff about competitive battling during my 2-year break, so prepare for suckage.

    Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Sturdy
    EVs: 252 HP/114 Atk/144 Def
    Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
    - Explosion
    - Gyro Ball
    - Toxic Spikes
    - Rapid Spin

I used to have Swampert as my lead, but Toxic Spikes is essential for my Blissey to work. Gyro Ball is surprisingly strong on would-be taunters, OHKOing Aerodactyl.

    ---
    Scizor (M) @ Choice Band
    Ability: Technician
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 Spd
    Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Bullet Punch
    - U-turn
    - Superpower
    - Pursuit

    Standard CB Scizor.

    ---
    Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure
    EVs: 24 HP/252 Def/234 SDef
    Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Seismic Toss
    - Heal Bell
    - Wish
    - Protect

Standard stalling Wish Blissey, but I need a Cleric, so I replaced Toxic with Heal Bell. It relies on Toxic Spikes to stall. I know it's not the best system, and if anyone has better ideas feel free to suggest.

    ---
    Alakazam (M) @ Choice Specs
    Ability: Synchronize
    EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
    Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Psychic
    - Shadow Ball
    - Signal Beam
    - Focus Blast

I didn't know what to use for a special sweeper, so I stuck in an Alakazam. If anyone has better ideas, do tell.

    ---
    Salamence (M) @ Life Orb
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: 80 Atk/176 Spd/252 SAtk
    Naughty nature (+Atk, -SDef)
    - Dragon Dance
    - Outrage
    - Draco Meteor
    - Earthquake

    Standard mixed DDMence.

    ---
    Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Torrent
    EVs: 252 HP/6 Atk/252 Def
    Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
    - Stealth Rock
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Beam
    - Surf

Standard Mixpert lead (even though it's not a lead).

    ---

I know it could use a lot of improvement, so RMT please.

Definitely make Swampert your lead. Forry loses to almost every lead out there.

Speaking of Forry I would drop Explosion for either Earthquake or Payback (EQ if you want to catch Heatran by surprise, or Payback to hurt spinblockers). Also get rid of the D/P EVs. Honestly I prefer 252 HP/ 252 SpD/ 4 Def @ Careful. Also use a shed shell so Magnezone doesn't poop all over you.

Alakazam sucks, its Pursuit and Scizor weak. There's a lot of better special sweepers out there. You really can't touch pert outside of Blissey possibly stalling it, so I would replace Zam with LO HP Grass Heatran to lure in Swampert and kill it off with. You could also try Life Orb Latias with DM/Surf/T-bolt/ Recover, which dents swampert with T-Spikes up, and also helps with Infernape, who you are weak to.

With Mence if you want a mixed sweeper you should honestly just use the new Mixmence set. DM/Outrage/EQ/ Fire Blast, 252 Spe/ 240 Spa/ 16 Atk @ Naive.

Ehh, I don't really like Blissey with both Heal Bell and Wish, but go ahead and use it if you want to.

You also really want a spinblocker, so what you could do is replace Blissey with RestTalk Rotom-H if you wanted, blocks spin and takes status for your team. If you go with this, give Forry Spikes>> T-Spikes so ROtom's Will-O-Wisp doesn't conflict with it.

I just covered individual changes, I'll come back and point out weaknesses later (unless I'm beaten lol)
