My first sprite thread

Here are 2 of my sprites, one is only a recolour, the other is a fusion!

Omasaur

Second one(recolour)
Umbreon recouler

C&C my first 2 sprites ever so thanks!
One question, how do i make the background transparent, like a render?

First off, these should be in the fusion and recolors thread.

Well, Omasaur is generally bad. The Bulbasuar has no head border, which is a big no-no, and the shading sucks.

The recolor is okay, but the blue is basic paint colors and the fact that it is one shade is bad... it takes away from the sprite.

On sandslash/heracross, it's okay, though you should recolor Heracross's horn border Sandslash's border, to make it flow. Also, on the left arm (viewers left) there is no border/too light of a border for it to flow also.

Keep working and you'll get better!
