4th Gen My Flashcard doesn't recognize my Platinum save file

    I'm sorry, I'm new here and I don't really know where to post this question.

    My flashcard is a R4 SDHC. I copied my Platinum rom and save file into it, but my flashcard didn't recognize it and it kept forcing me to play a new game and creating a new save file. I have tried changing my save file to .SAV but it still didn't work. The problem was my Heart Gold's and Black 2's save files worked perfectly. Anyone helps me please.
