    Alakazam(M)(King's Rock)
    Psychic- For the type bonus
Ice Punch- For Ala's S. Attack
    Reflect
Recover- Do you ever see an Alakazam without these two moves.

My starter. It's speed ensures the first hit, it's S. Attack is exceptionally good, and with Reflect and Recover, it can stay in the battle for a long while.

    Typhlosion(M)(Focus Band)
    Flamethrower- for type bonus.
Thunderpunch- To ward off those pesky water types.
    Earthquake- Versatility is the key.
    Strength- A solid physical attack.

Can take out most types with this moveset.

    Vaporeon(F)(Leftovers)
    Shadow Ball
    Ice Beam
    Headbut
    Surf

Your staple Vaporeon moveset. This is one of my two stallers. Because of it's high HP, it has the lefties.

    Amphoros(F)(Brightpowder)
    Thunderbolt- Type Bonus.
    Dymanicpunch- A nasty little suprise.
Fire Punch- This is a given
    Iron Tail/Strength/Flash

My other staller, Luckily, it will last more than a couple turn because of the Brightpowder.

    Dragonite(M)(Bitter Berry)
Thunderbolt- For those pesky water types and flying types.
Ice Beam- A Dragon type's worst nightmare.
    Outrage- Type Bonus
    Wing Attack- Type Bonus

Outrage and Bitter Berry is an obvious combination.

    Tyranitar(F)(Quick Claw)
    Flamethrower/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam
    Earthquake
    Rock Slide
    Crunch

My cleaner. And with Quick Claw, Tyranitar is just that more dangerous.

I'd use fire punch instead for steel, bug, and non poison grass types other wise good.

    Typhlosion(M)(Focus Band)
    Flamethrower- for type bonus.

I wouldn't use strength. All hm moves except surf are weak. Drop focus band and use a berry rest combo.

    Vaporeon(F)(Leftovers)
    Shadow Ball
    Ice Beam
    Headbut
    Surf

Drop shadowball or headbutt for haze. You need at least one hazer or pseudo-hazer on your team. Vaporeon is a decent hazer.

    Amphoros(F)(Brightpowder)
    Thunderbolt- Type Bonus.
    Dymanicpunch- A nasty little suprise.
Fire Punch- This is a given
    Iron Tail/Strength/Flash

Don't use iron tail, stength or flash, use light screen instead to help out your team's overall special defense.

    Dragonite(M)(Bitter Berry)
Thunderbolt- For those pesky water types and flying types.
Ice Beam- A Dragon type's worst nightmare.
    Outrage- Type Bonus
    Wing Attack- Type Bonus

Not bad. If you wanted to drop ice beam for something else you could because you already have outrage to deal with dragon types.

    Tyranitar(F)(Quick Claw)
    Flamethrower/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam
    Earthquake
    Rock Slide
    Crunch

Good. If you wanted a roarer you could drop flamethrower, thunder bolt, icebeam for it.

    Overall...8/10. Good team.

    Alakazam @ miracleberry
    -recover
    -ice punch
    -reflect
    -psychic

standard moveset... i'll put ice punch here so it can go up against T-tar (if you really need to) and a few others like Aerodactyl and etc...

    Typhlosion @ leftovers/minty rest
    -flamethrower
    -earthqauke
    -thunderpunch
    -roar/minty rest

use Thyplosion to help Vapoureon haze, or minty rest for staying power

    Vapoureon @ leftovers
    -haze
    -surf
    -ice beam
    -rest

haze will be your best friend against curselax...

    Ampharos @ leftovers
    -thunderwave
    -thunderbolt
    -fire punch
    -light screen

i don't remember my metallic generations too well now... but i believe Amphraos can learn light screen. It will help out against Dragonite by quite a bit

    Dragonite @ leftovers
    -return/double edge
    -wing attack
    -thunderbolt
    -rest

i forgot the standard dragonites in metallic now... but this shouldn't be too bad. Abuse your ultra high attack power with return and wing attack! Too bad it can't learn earthquake here... (in RS this thing is deadly if it isn't for the slow speed...)

    Tyranitar @ leftovers
    -earthquake
    -flamethrower
    -rock slide
    -rest

or if you want a curser somewhere in your team (but not the best thing to do with a T-tar)...

    -curse
    -rest
    -earthquake
    -rock slide
