I've been using this team since I got into wi-fi battling, and I wanna see how it checks out.

On Salamence: You could run Adamant/Jolly and have Fire Fang instead, unless you really need the extra power.

On Starmie: Looks good, but try HP [Ground / Grass] or Grass Knot in place of Ice Beam(?) to avoid getting walled by Lanturn.

On Electivire: Nature should be Jolly since you're not using any Special Attacks anyway. You could stay with Hasty, but then you'd be better off replacing T-punch with T-bolt since it's stronger. Calculate it; it's true.

But if you stick with Hasty on Electivire, you'd be decreasing the wrong stat. Run Jolly on him instead if you don't want T-bolt. T-bolt is stronger than T-punch if we consider his base SAtk and T-bolt's base power, though. And since you won't be reducing SAtk with Hasty nature, it would be more worthwhile.
