3rd Gen my lapras has low hp?

    I've gotten my lapras all the way to Level 92, and it's HP is abysmally below what I thought it would be (357)
    Any ideas? Thanks.
     
    Well, a Lapras at that level with an IV of 0 and no EVs in that stat will have an HP of 341. For it to be higher, it needs to have better IVs and more EVs in HP.

    The highest it can get, with perfect IVs and full EVs in that stat, at that level, is 427.
