Yea these are some of my latest works.
I had just came back from 4 month break from desgining so don't be too harsh plz.

Chidori:
I made two of this because people will likley critisize the fact that the text is missing.

Rasengan:

Pretty Nice!

I would say that the Rasengan one is alot better than the Chidori because of the background.

Rasengan - 8.5/10
Chidori - 7/10

And for the other sigs -

Dont really like the Lost sig!
But the Yoruichi one... Now i like that ^_^
And the Confrentation is abit plain for my likings.

Lost - 6/10
Yoruichi - 9/10
Confrentation - 6.5/10

hmmm... Chidori one is the worst there. i can tell they're downloaded brushes, you might wanna try doing more of the banners yourself. oh, and never, ever add an outer glow to your stocks. it makes them look really shotty. overall... i'm gonna guess. are you new to photoshop? if you're new to PS, i'd say pretty good job for a newb. if you're not new, you might wanna look at a few tutorials. I don't believe in number ratings, but if you want one, i'd say this: If you're a newb - 7.9/10, if you're not a newb - 6.7/10.

The only piece I used brushes for was the Rasengan splash.
Chidori was done with Clouds mainly and I've been using photoshop for like a year and a half now. The lightning from Chidori was also done with filters (a custom filer).
I never added an outer glow that was just my shabby rendering but in the Rasengan spalsh I done it purposley to look like chakra =P.

Lol just follow lots of tutorials and get good resources, I use CS2 too so there is nothing holding you back, go for it!!

I actually think that the Chidori one is better, but the background is loosing to the Rasengan one. The Chidori blends in more, and the Rasengan one looks... I don't know.
