3rd Gen My lost file...

Is there anyway that I can somehow recover a file my sister wrote over and replaced with her own game? I worked on it for five years, and my sister destroyed that and played the game for twenty two minutes then lost the game. It would mean a lot to me if someone could tell me if there was anyway I could get the file back. I have worked very hard on it, and I have never cheated on it either. I had Four Rayquazas, two pairs of the Regis, Raikou, Lugia, The three ledgendary birds, several Flygons and Salemences, two Jirachis, one Deoxy, Every Poke'mon in Sapphire/Ruby and several other Poke'mon on that game. And I never cheated to get one. Please, please tell me there is some way I can get them back.

I feel for you D: My Blue version I spent around 200 hours on got destroyed when my brother made a game and played for only five minutes. I had a Mew and my party was all at LV 100 naturally. I hate to dampen your spirits, but..there's no way of getting it back D: Once it's over, it's over.

But then again, maybe you can start anew? XD; It always turns out better the second time :3

Oh man, I'm so sorry to hear about that. But it's not as bad as when I accidentally deleted my OWN game in Red Version when I was just messing around...@_@

But they're right; there's no way to turn the clock back, as far as I know. Just try to keep your little brother away from your things from now on...or perhaps keep your things away from your little brother?

I had worked on it for about four years when I think of it, and it had my best Poke'mon from Sapphire, Ruby, and Firered. And now that I am in High school there is no way I can do it again... Next time I go to camp I will turn my room into a spike pit...

Well, at least my sister has her own version.
But yeah, I hate it when you're forced to restart your game again, if it's because the game got corrupted (mostly what happens to me) or someone else had accidently overwritten your save.

Can you remember what powerful Pokemon you had on it before you lost them?
