My Made Up Pokémon D/P Edition [Revived]

I have decided to start up another "Made Up Pokémon" topic in honor of it! As you may expect, to go with the new Pokémon, I've thought up more of my own Pokémon to go with them! I've thought up Pokémon of various type combos and themes and will present to you each and every one of them! I'll be presenting you all my older ones found here. (The D/P ones are found here.) I also decided to add some color to this topic and have color coded every single move! Also, you may notice some new moves in here as well. At the end of all the Pokémon, I'll be posting every single one of those moves. For the record, two of them are in TM's, which explains the altered numbering of the TM list. However, enough of that, as it's time to unveil the new movesets and features for all the old Pokémon that I've done! Mods, if there's already a topic on these kinds of things (that's still active), you may move this to that topic.
