My Manga Idea.

Hi im Matt, Im pretty new.
Well. I guess im alright at drawing. I like drawing Manga/Anime, i like Horror not not cutesy wootsy stuff even though Pokemon slightly fits into that character but Pokemon's awsome.

Well, ive got an idea to start of a new Manga, i dotn really know where its heading and whatnot.

Well.
Theres the main character, i dont know his name yet, im thinking Ryan.
He's a emoish/sceneish/goshish/punkish person. He's an outcast at school and gets bashed by the Jocks.
Well one day in the school changerooms he gets bashed to death/torched to death/dies somehow.

And umm i usually like movies/stuff thats is realistic so this part is against my will but yeah,
He comes back as a ghost/demon/supernatural being and he starts slaughtering/haunting all the people who bashed him and teased him during school,

then like he gets mad with power and goes crazy and ummm yeah thats it so far. 8]

Hmmm... Pretty bare-bones, but maybe you should put a little more conflict in there, maybe make it that he's given his life back by some unearthly creature (albeit with super powers XD). And decides to take revenge by just humiliating, or beating on the bully's a little, but then he loses control, and ends up in a murderous rage, and wants everyone dead. But it's all up to you.

The idea is fairly common, especially in american comics. I see Spawn and the movie "The Crow" when I read this, but you're adding an element that young people can relate to more often, the outcast at school, instead of the betrayed one (The Spawn) or the avenger (The Crow).
While most teenagers aren't outcasts, they seem to look at themselves of being very special and misunderstood, which makes your idea very suitable as a manga.

Also, I come to think of "The Mask" comic, where Stanley Ipkiss gets The Mask, gets insane though the mask, gains immortality and power out of the mask, starts to kill everyone he reminds being mean to him (including but not limited to his old grammar school teacher) wearing the mask, and eventually has to be lured to take off the mask and is shot by his girlfriend so that the serial killings might end. It's not as jolly as the movie adaptation (I still like the movie a lot).

Ryan is too common of a name. You should maybe give him a normal human name that alongisde with his surname gives another meaning. The name is very important in a character and should in a horror/fantasy comic/manga be quite unique. Not something made up, but something that's thought through and has a great impact on the readers.

"He's a emoish/sceneish/goshish/punkish person". That's a very often used personality these days in the manga/comic world and may be felt as of being a cliché if not executed properly. Ditch Emo, Goth and Punk when he's alive, he can gain that style after he's dead to show his change in personality. I would find a nerd having his first revenge as a dead nerd coming back to life extremely scary, I mean, that's every bully's worst nightmare. Then he would like be a cool nerd, maybe a goth/emo/punk nerd? That's just an example, the transition shouldn't be abrupt, but run along smoothly between his former personality and his murderer-personality. His previous personality, as in my example as a nerd, should be incorporated in his insane personality later on, so that one feels that one is following the same character all along.

Also, there should be someone along, that carries on the story after his death/his change back to normal/his reign over a certain area. One or two key characters that mean a lot to the outcast or maybe someone who has a secret crush on the protagonist. Also, the anagonist should be easily noticed. Not the stereotypical crook, but one can see that he/she is undoubtly the main villain of the series.

The rough outline is good and selling and interesting in my opinion. The idea of the good guy turning bad is interesting. I hope my tips aid you in deepening your idea a little bit.

same here my friend i recently found my diamond everythings fine i went to events and stuff so im legit to we should battlle once i get a new ds u good =]
