    I'm taking Frostweaver's suggestion & posting my team here, Meh.

    1st off, I'm fairly new to the NetBattle community & I'm not familiar with NetBattle lingo, so bare with me.

    With the exception of Machamp, I tried to chose quick Pokemon when I made this team.

    Frostweaver, what about you? You have any suggestions for any of the movesets? *Waits patiently*
     
    I personally....

    Ninjask- use one of the suggested sets as it's just standard, but feel free to change the attack to aerial ace or HP Physical. Another plan is toxic over that, to cause long term damage against the pseudohazer (but the flaw of that is that it sucks against the common hazers of Steelix, Skarmory and Weezing, but toxic is just more original and strategical than the standard =) )

    Machamp- [atk + / sp.atk -] @ quick claw
    EV: hp, def, atk
    -cross chop
    -earthquake
    -rock slide/HP Ghost
    -counter

    Machamp isn't bad for an Aero bait. Aerodactyl ALMOST ALWAYS have 4 attacks (or it's sub for the last move), so it'll just unleash aerial ace on you. Counter asap.

    Alakazam- [speed + / atk -] @ petaya berry/lum berry
    EV: sp.atk, speed
    -calm mind
    -psychic
    -2 of the 3 punches or HP Water

    If you know that you're against special sweepers, you can use one calm mind and Alakazam will most likely survive the attack, enough to maybe activate petaya (depending on the strength of the opponent's attack). But I still like lum berry more with this set... HP Water is actually worth thinking about to hit Houndoom and Tyranitar with a bang before you get slaughtered by them.

    Sceptile- either use Toothache's or keep yours except HP Water becomes HP Ice, and use leftovers for the leech seed set

    Starmie- it works

    Charizard- this Pokemon is a bit overrated to me...

    Charizard1- [atk + / sp.atk -] @ lum berry
    EV: atk, speed, hp
    -dragon dance/swords dance
    -earthquake
    -aerial ace
    -overheat

    Yay look it's cheap version of Salamence!

    Charizard2- [sp.atk + / atk -] @ white herb

    I don't want people to stop with the suggestion entirely. If anyone else has any suggestions to go along with the above ones - then please post them. I'll definitely read them.

    I guess it's pointless though, I've noticed most of the Team Rating threads die off real quick. =\
