well I don't know what game you are playing but I'll assume its FR or LG
my answer to your missing moves are based on if you are planing on a "double battle" rich fighting team

simple really
softboiled for chansey: heals both pokemon on the field *I think* (both of yours of course other wise the move would be worthless)

surf for Omastar (or earthquake if Omastar can learn it *can't remember if he can*) so you can hit both opponents with decent amounts of damage
