My first impression (as rusty as I am) is not all that great. To start off, your Infernape is based on speed, thus he needs a bit more accuracy. Try Flamethrower over Fire Blast (miss and it's pretty much dead). Its EV spread is fine. Other than that, none look TOO polished, some of the moves don't seem to ave much purpose, but again, I'm rusty so I can't make suggestions on everything ATM.
