    So you want a trainer card, eh? Well, that's what I'm here to make.

    Anywho, you can either get a pre-made template, or you can get me to make an abstract one, or you can supply an image to use. Below are the templates that are pre-made.

    **I have the following badges/awards/medals: Kanto Badges, Johto Badges, Hoenn Badges, Shinou Badges Orange Island Badges, Silver Battle Frontier Symbols, Gold Battle Frontier Symbols, and Pokemon Contest Ribbons. **You can have a maximum of FOUR rows of badges/awards/medals. That's 32 in total**

    And now here are the forms, make sure you fill in the right one for the template you select, or if you choose to have a custom one, make sure you fill in the right form for that.

    Since it's D/P please specify M or F for each Pokemon.

    The ID number is your trainer ID, seven digit number ... it's not a part of that form though, for 1-3.
