Scizor: Roost or Agility? Metagross:Thunder or Ice?

    Okay Guys! I finally got my new team figured out. Any comments, suggestions? I think I might replace Aerodactyl with Gliscor, but I don't know.


    Aerodactyl (pressure)@focus Sash

    Jolly 252 Atk./252 spe/4 Sp. Def

    ~Stealth Rock
    ~Roar
    ~Stone Edge
    ~Iron Head

    My suicide lead. Guranteed stealth rock, and then I can shuffle the opponent's team, or deal some damage.


    Scizor (technician) @Occa Berry

    Adamant 252 Atk./252 Spe./4 HP

    ~Baton Pass
    ~Swords Dance
    ~Agility(or maybe Roost to last longer)
    ~Bullet Punch

    Basicly my stat-passer to metagross. He passes on whichever stat I need to metagross (or mamoswine), and BP's along the way. I'm trying to decide if I should replace agility with roost for survivability.

    ~Toxic (maybe Faint Attack to prevent Taunt crippling)

    My Trap-Passer. He has one job:trap something, make a wish, then run away. He passes to Scizor (for easy set up) or Mamoswine(for destruction)

    Modest 252 sp. atk/252 spe/4 Sp. Def

    ~Surf
    ~Ice Beam
    ~Thunderbolt
    ~Psycic

    My only special power, but it's strong enough to make up for it.
    He switches into fire attacks from Heatran and Infernape, and floods them
    with a powerful, STAB surf. He also does well against many other things that would usualy be a big threat.

    Mamoswine @Life Orb

    Jolly 252 Atk/252 spe/4 Def

    ~Ice Shard
    ~Superpower
    ~Stone Edge
    ~Earthquake

    My physical sweeper. Not much else to say, except that he also serves as a way to destroy Dragons, Skarmory, and bulky Sandstorm teams.

    Impish 252 HP/252 Def/4 Spe

    ~Meteor Mash
    ~Light Screen
    ~Earthquake
    ~Ice Punch/Thunder Punch (still deciding)

    Okay, Metagross is my main team member. His huge defenses make him a perfect tank, and some help from scisor makes him an absolute
    power house. Meteor Mash and EQ are obvious. Light Screen to boost his *meh* special defense. Ice punch is my best option, but Thunder Punch is my only option against Levitate Bronzong, and Magnet Rise Magnezone, not to mention Skarmory.

    Anyways, that's what I've got. Thanks alot. Any suggestions and comments are appreciated.

    Baton pass scizor sounds cool but since it is a common OU threat almost everyone has a counter for scizor (fire type move)

    skarmory absolutely walls everything once starmie is gone

    my suggestion is to stick scarftran in your team to absorb all the fire type moves that your team is threatened by, plus heatran is a beast

    half your team is weak to fire and doesn't excel in speed you may have trouble keeping up with enemy sweepers with a fire move, gengar especially ape
