    Fixes in bold:
Phew...its been a while but im gonna make a team. ive havnt thought out EVs so put them in there if you want, but tell me what you think

    Smeargle @ Salac Berry
    Trait: Own Tempo
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

    - Spore
    - Endure
    - Seismic Toss
    - Endeavor

Meh. I much prefer the Belly Drum version, but this can work. Wrong nature though. You are much better off with -SAtk (that you don't use) than -Def (which you could use).

    Metagross @ Choice Band
    Trait: Clear Body
    EVs: 16 HP / 116 Atk / 252 Def / 124 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide
    - Meteor Mash
    - Explosion

Good choice. Bad nature. Take advantage of the -SAtk nature if you have no special attacks.

    Slaking @ Choice Band
    Trait: Truant
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

    - Earthquake
    - Shadow Ball
    - Return
    - Focus Punch

Again, no special moves means -SAtk nature. Learn it. Live it. Love it. Go with Focus Punch. Switching in against a sleeping Poke where the AI is too stupid to switch out is fun.

    Ninjask @ Leichi Berry
    Trait: Speed Boost
    EVs: 12 HP / 244 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

    - Substitute
    - Silver Wind
    - Baton Pass
    - Swords Dance

I won't mention the nature. Ninjask should ALWAYS be your lead. It cannot safely switch in on ANYTHING, especially with a -Def nature. Probably shouldn't be on your team with Smeargle, as it makes your team weak. Too many defensively weak Pokes become more of a liability than anything else, especially if they require setup to be strong.

    Sceptile @ Leftovers
    Trait: Overgrow
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

    - Thunderpunch
    - Leech Seed
    - Leaf Blade
    - Substitute

Endeavor doesn't work on this set. Besides, having two Endeavor users is bad strategy. The team is weak enough. No sense in compounding it. Sceptile wants Substitute. Between Leech Seed and Leftovers, the Sub is practically free. Another unmentionable nature.

    Milotic @ Leftovers
    Trait: Marvel Scale
    EVs: 212 HP / 252 Def / 44 Spd
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

    - Surf
    - Hypnosis / Sleep Talk
    - Ice Beam / Toxic
    - Recover / Rest

I prefer the Sleep Talk set, but your set works. Needs Bold though.

    I appreciate the help
Really need to change either Smeargle or Ninjask.
