    What should i catch/Remove?? I'm at celestic town and just failed at fighting Cyrus.

    You should switch out the luxray for a Hondoom.
     
    You should get rid of Luxray because you already have jolteon. In place of Luxray, I would get Lucario/Riolu from Iron Island.
     
    Ok guys, I beat cyrus, went to iron island and i got my egg. I'm about 500 steps into it, does it take 6500??
     
    The preffered Lucario Nature would be Hasty. It's a sweeper, so you want speed. EV train atk and sp atk. Teach it Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse, and whatever else you want. Put physical moves in.
     
    Two electric types is too much. Maybe trade for a grass type like roselia?
