Some of the new EX cards from Next Destinies are available on BebesSearch/Playtcg, so I decided to make a deck using them.
Pokemon
3 Mewtwo EX
3-3 Cofagrigus (non ability)
2-1-2 Reuniclus (ability)
1-1 Darkrai&Cresselia Legend
3 Kyurem
2 Jirachi
1 Shaymin
22
Trainers/Supporters
4 Collector
2 Rare Candy
3 Engineers Adjustments
4 Communication
2 Energy Retrieval
2 Junk Arm
2 Twins
2 Switch
21
Energy
14 Psychic Energy
3 Rainbow Energy
17
The idea is simple, really. Start out with Mewtwo EX, and X Ball as quick as you can while you set up Reuniclus, Cofagrigus, and DCL. Have a Cofagrigus ready when Mewtwo is low on HP, retreat and use Damagriggus to heal Mewtwo and deal a heavy amount of damage, most likely an instant KO. If it doesnt KO, or the opponent uses Reuniclus, send out DCL to Moon's Invite and spread the damage how YOU want to for a single Psychic Energy. Kyurem is in mostly as a bodybag to damage swap on to for a mid-game outrage, or with the use of Rainbow Energy, it can use Glaciate for awesome spread damage. And then there's Jirachi to devolve your opponents pokemon, thus weakening them by a substantial amount.
I cant wait till the full release of Next Destinies, as it will allow me to utilize Gardevoir to get *2 for the price of 1* psychic energy. I think it will be quite useful in this deck :D
