    Hypnosis
    Focus Blast

    Jolteon w/ Magnet

    Thunderbolt
    Double Team
    Toxic

    Charizard w/ Life Orb

EVs and natures? Otherwise it's hard to rate. Though I can tell by these movesets and items you need a lot of work. Type-boosting plates aren't usually very useful unless they are for very specific purposes. Nothing here deals with common OU threats either. I'd recommend checking out our stickied guides for help with team building and such.

Yeah, its very hard to rate one's team without some EV listings, or IV. Also put the Nature's of all your Pokemon. But one big problem I see with your team is a good wall, and some of the item choices aren't the best. =\

I agree with what Aurafire said, avoid using item that boost only one move-type. Instead, u can try using choice items or the expert belt which actually boost skills that are super effective against your opponent's pokemon. If you want to be defensive, you can try using leftover or focus sash(if you are afraid of being OHKOed).

You can actually read some pokemon online competitive battling guide but Im not sure if i can name them here. Try Google 'smogon'. That guide helps me alot in wifi battles.

Hmmm... Well, for a start, Lopunny typically works best as an annoyer [any Pokemon that prioritizes non-damaging moves over direct attacks]. Mismagius, on the other hand, could use some more Attacks. You might also want to replace Mawile or Lopunny with a good Wall [any Pokemon that is meant to be able to withstand large amounts of damage], like Snorlax. Everything else looks fairly solid though, especially Gardevoir. I'm not really an expert, though, so you should probably ask someone else for more help. :\
