I've gotten up to her with a level 65 Fire(Tier 3 Pokemon) forgot his name and Dialga But my problem is that i'm outa PP on my strongest skills with no PP ups/ethers or whatever If i lose this fight, I dont think i have enough money to purchase new potions/revives for another round up there so... What should i do?

lay the lottery and get some PPups. If I where at Wi-Fi now, I'd give you some of mine...

    Battle

Get other people at a high lv or just keep battling until you get enough money to have enough

If you lose, then you will simply have to battle other trainers again with the VS Seeker to get more money.
Battle the Gentleman and Socialite south of Hearthome, and give your battler the Amulet Coin(found in Amity Square in Hearthome, check inside the ruins at the top right area). Both of the mentioned traners will give you a large amount of money for battling them, so you can easily accumulate enough funds to stock up for another E4 run :-)

You might also want to consider including another team member or two if you haven't anymore PP restoring items..
Or, try to acquire another Leppa Berry, and grow enough extras to keep you going through the Elite 4.

If you're out of pp do you have any ethers or the berries that restore pp (I think its leppa berries?) I ran out of pp by the time I got to Cynthia and had no ethers left (I think its ether, or is it elixer) then I realised I had the berries

I beat Cynthia with a team of Pokemon ranging from 48-54. I had 3 revives, 1 Max Potion, and 2 Ethers.

The thing that is bothering you is that you have 2 Pokemon. Meaning that you will overuse PP for attacks that are not very effective or just completely overuse them in general. You need to get some more Pokemon. For starters, a Blissey and Steelix for walling and biding you time to use PP Up or Ethers or Elixers or whatever. Train them to level 55 and you'll stall practically everything (excluding Infernape from Flint)

Or, you could just train other Pokemon, like Gyarados.

If you need money then you could go underground and find expensive stuff or battle with amulet coin (which you find in that old tower thing in the cute pokemon walking garden thingo).

Try and find Pokemon basicallly with a sort of high PP but you can also do stuff such as using the VS Seeker to find trianers I would battle trainers near Mt. Coronet =]

    Hope I Helped Mwaaaaah

Bring lotsa revives, Max potions, and Full Restores.

Do PP-ups give back PP like ethers or do they increase the amount of PP permanently? BTW: I baught a full stock of like 40 max potions, 30 revives, 10 full restores b4 i got up to cynthia btw lol Thanks for the replys so far

I've just beaten Cynthia with my Pokemon level 50 without potions or revives.

The only problem is that you don't fight it with knowledge.

    1. Use Versus Seeker to get some more money and level you're Pokemon.
    2. Think of your enemy's weakness.
    3. Don't spend too much potions or revives.

That's all I can say. I wish you have learn something today.

I can go through the whole Pkmn League without using any PP Ups, Revives and such but the first time I tried, I used a level 70 Palkia (which I trained in Victory Road) and my Level 58 Torterra (which I stopped training after I got Palkia). Just train in the Victory Road until you can 1HKO all of the Pokemon.
