My problem with Misty

Its all about Togepi, she carries that thing constantly and has been doing so for years now. Cant she get some type of baby carrier so she can put togepi on her back in it? I mean her arms are basically useless right now, she might as well sew togepi to her chest if nothing else to free them up. Also, Togepi has got to be the dumbest pokemon ever. Its the most useless thing ever, it was obviously designed for the 'cute' factor but come on, whats with the eggshell? Shouldnt Misty remove the rest of the darned thing?

Hopefully when/if she does come back, the creators should make Togepi have an evolved form that allows it to not suck.
