I decided out of sheer boredom to make a team, could you criticize it and etc?
I'm not going to do stuff like EV's, I'm too lazy, plus I have no clue how to do it, I'd rather waste my lack of a life on other things. It mainly uses water pokemon with another pokemon just really randomly thrown in.

    The format will be

    Pokemon- Personality, Trait, Item
    Move 1
    Move 2
    Move 3
    Move 4

As I suck at competative battles, I didn't use any choice items, but there are places where they could easily be placed, such as on Palkia with choice specs

    Kyogre- Bold, Drizzle, Leftovers
    Surf
    Calm mind
    Thunder
    Ice beam

    Vaporeon- Calm, Water Absorb, Leftovers
    Toxic
    Aqua Ring
    Rest
    Substitute

    Manaphy- Bold, Hydration, Damp Rock
    Surf
    Rain Dance
    Rest
    Ice Beam

    Suicune- Bold, Pressure, Leftovers
    Surf
    Calm mind
    Ice Beam
    Rest

    Palkia- Hasty, Pressure, Expert Belt
    Thunder
    Surf
    Stone Edge/Aqua Tail
    Spacial Rend

    Meganium- Bold, Overgrow, Leftovers
    Giga Drain
    Substitute
    Ingrain
    Leach seed

    Yes, I leftovers abuse <_<

This belongs in the strategies and movesets forum, but I'll make my points before i ask a mod to move this:
*You use ubers, so no-one will play you
*You dont EV, which is vital for winning. And it's not a waste of time, its suprisingly quick when you get used to it.
*Manaphy has damp rock and rain dance, yet kyogre causes a never-ending rain.
You have no pokes capable of hitting hard physically, with the exception of palkia who cant hit over;y hard due to him being a mixed attacker
*The sets are actually good, but you dont EV so it counts for jack.

There is my rate, i recommend you add EVs and take away Ubers
    *Reports for move*

*You use ubers, so no-one will play you
There is nothing wrong with using ubers, they're just set to a different environment. But when you use Ubers and UU pokemon, oh yeah there's something wrong. <_<

Look in the stickies for an EV Guide. And training them will pay off, there are ways to speed up the training.

Heh, I was expecting this. You've got a major Electric weak there.

Meganium fails to be a part of this team. Vaporeon is really tricky to use in ubers. Deoxys Attack is undefeatable, it nearly destroys everything. I suggest that. Giratina makes a fantastic dual wall.

Yeah but you said it yourself, only people who play ubers would play him. And I play a fair few uber games, and this would get destroyed in the tier. Only top-notch OUs can play with the big boys, and this does not contain many of those.
So if it was OU, then its illegal
If its Ubers, SpecsTwo has a field day with thunderbolt.
Like i said, i advise you remove the ubers and learn to EV, a guide is in the "compiled 4th gen guides" stickie

Did you see these Gofre? :P

But yes, what they say is correct. You need to distinguish between Ubers and OU. EV's are a must when you want a competitive rate. Many people will not rate a team when it is simply "thrown together" like you say.

You'd be suprised, i used a mixed palkia similar to that and it worked suprisingly well. Stone edge puts big hurts on ray and with rain support thunder kicks ass :)

I dont know a thing about meganium, so I just assumed it was standard like the rest of the sets.

This is what you'll be wanting, the EV Thread for 4th Gen.

1.) Like said by Clade, UU's and Ubers don't work well in conjunction to use with two tier teams.

2.) Go UU's, or Ubers, either one. Or you could go for a suitable tier combination. e.g NU, and UU.

3.) This team at a glance is better suited for Ubers play.

4.) You seriously don't want to go ALL Waters on a Rain Dance team, which is essentially what this is. I know it Isn't all, but Meganium really doesn't count, as, like said before, it doesn't fit in. Since this team, is, like said by clade, REALLY Electric weak, go Swampert. The part ground type really helps, especially with his sturdy Base Defense.

Um this isn't suited for ubers play at all, it would get absolutely obliterated by almost all of the major threats.

Also Rain Teams with all water types generally aren't good. Meganium's variety is needed (and also resists Electric and Grass attacks...)

That WAS pointed out by me, though. Also, by "suited," I mean since 3 Ubers are on the team, it would be better just to play that tier.

Yet you put swampert as a replacement over the only non water...O_O

Anyways, we really can't help until we know what metagame the thread starter wants to play in.

Which I stated was part Ground type, and resists Electric. EDIT: CMCune can take special variants of grass types, whilst it can can also take Physcial Hits pretty well due to • Sturdy Defenses, and • Bold Nature.

You really don't get it...I don't care if it is immune to electric, it IS a water and it will not be a nonconformity in a rain team, that's for sure.

But really, we really can't do anything to help this team until we know the metagame. I would guess ubers, but Meganium makes me second guess that >.>
