My Roserade

I've been planning on having a Roserade as a backup for my team, to be switched with Vileplume whenever I feel. Now, is this a good moveset?

Roserade-Timid
Sunny Day/Rain Dance
Weather Ball
Solarbeam/Enegy Ball
Sludge Bomb

I know Leaf Storm is a better move, but I don't really feel like re-breeding for it. I will eventually, but no tome soon.

I also wanted to know if it would be a better idea to have my Raichu learn Light Screen. I have a Torterra, and I figured with Light Screen, Torterra could actually survice an Ice Beam.

Heres Raichu moveset

Raichu-Modest
Thunderbolt
Nasty Plot
Grass Knot
Brick Break/Light Screen

Should I keep Brick Break, or trade it in for Light Screen, to protect my Torterra? Help with the above post would be most appreciated.
