Well can always look at ATG for some advices... even if it's ingame where EV's exact number is impossible to post count, try to tell us which categories of EV you're working on, and definitely what nature.

Machamp- it works... consider quick claw for item

Blaziken- flamethrower and fire punch are duplicated, and fire punch is way weaker than flamethrower, so ditch fire punch. Use rock slide with FRLG move tutor if you don't want to breed and raise another Blaziken. If you want to, then get rock slide and earthquake (from Camerupt), with overheat and sky uppercut as the last 2 moves. Blaziken got more moveset as a physical based sweeper than special sweeper. Use white herb if you're using overheat, and lum berry if otherwise

Magneton- steel types don't rely belong ot sunny day dependent teams. Put on sunny day over rain dance to help out with "theme" and thunderbolt over thunder because of the lost of rain dance. Put Metal Sound over HP Water because it'll be made useless by sunny day... well that's what you get when you got heavy weather conflicts =/ Use quick claw (get more from Sandshrews.)

Beautifly- giga drain and solarbeam are making one of each other useless. ditch giga drain since this team uses quite a bit of sunny daying. Silver wind won't work with the low attack pwoer so ditch that as well. Use psychic for one of the slots, and sleep powder for the other one. You'll be disappointed that this ends up to be a weaker version of Butterfree, but hey that's what happens when your stats and movepool are close to exactly identical to one another. Once again, quick claw because you'll need it to pull off sleep powder to hopefully save yourself and your low def.

Aggron- counter and thunderwave are 2 good moves on Aggron (accessible via move tutor in FRLG)... consider that over iron defense and body slam. Iron tail is still so iffy due to the unreasonably low accuracy... use leftovers

    Butterfree- refer to Beautifly =/
