I just hatched 11 jolly scythers (thank goodness for the everstone) but I need help with the IV calculation. I have 6 rare candies but that's all I can think of to get an accurate IV calculation. I don't have Wi-fi or anything like that yet, so I need help figuring out what one is going to be the best BPing Scizor. Any way for an accurate calculation (without EV training myself to death)?

EDIT: I hatched a female scyther with these stats:
    HP-23 (very good)
    S-17 (very good)
    A-17 (very good)
    D-14 (very good)
    SA- who cares?
    SD-14 (very good)

It is jolly BTW most of my scythers had 13 in defenses and 16 for attack and speed. Does this mean it has good IVs?

The only ways to test it for IVs is to get to about level 50 or 100... using the Wifi Battles help, but as you mentioned you can't

Try day care until it gets to level 50, or somehow manage to get 49 rare candies to level it to level 50 (pick up, or possibly action replay/codebreaker)

Metalkid's calculator can you give accurate IV's even at lvl 20. So I suggest getting it to lvl 30 or something via day care and then checking using metalkid's online calculator.

What about serebii's or Psypoke's IV Caculator. don't they work? if this is Dp, then the IV Caculator WILL work. (serebii. just look up Serebii.net, go into the site, go down and click on diamond and pearl. you should know what to do from here.

This is emerald though. My second best scyther is at level 27 in the daycare (I figured it had good IVs so I used it a a parent to get good IVs on the baby pokemon). Could I get an ACCURATE calculation. I'm leaving for Cinci in an hour, so this is urgent.

Metalkid's IV calculator is very accurate. Just use his. All you need to do is keep track of stats for Lv1-10 for an accurate IV calculation.
