I can make a chain of a shiny Starly if you want. I found a Shiny Budew randomly in the wild. I didnt use the PokeRadar. Lucky, I guess?

umm id trade any in my shiny non ev'd section for a shiny good natured starly and i think budew/roselia are the easiest to find w/o a radar because in platinum i got 2 shiny roserade w/o a radar lol
