Hi everyone! I'm working on my first competitive team, though it's changed quite a bit from my original idea. It's a long time in the making, but it still may not be very good because I'm so used to in-game battles. Anyway:

    Gardevoir @ ??? - Special Sweeper
    EVs: 252 SAtk/ 252Spe/ 4 SDef
    Modest Nature
    Thunderbolt
    Energy Ball
    Psychic
    Calm Mind

^Pretty basic spread. I love Gardie, and just couldn't do without her on my team. I'm not sure if she's going to be my lead or not.

Slaking @ Choice Band - Physical Sweeper
    EVs: 252 Atk/ 252Spe/ 4 HP
    Adamant Nature
    Return
    Shadow Claw
    Focus Punch
    Pursuit

^I know that using a Slaking is risky, but I think I can manage. I just couldn't pass up that Attack power.

    Tyranitar @ ??? - Physical Tank
    EVs: Traded, unknown
    Careful Nature (Meh.)
    Earthquake
    Stone Edge
    Crunch
    ???

^I have no idea where this T-tar came from, but she's won me so many battles over the last few years that I don't care. I usually like to breed and raise my own Pokemon, but she's the sole exception. I'm still thinking on the last slot. I really don't know what to do with it.

Weezing @ Lefties - Physical Wall
    EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Def/4 Atk
    Lax Nature
    Will-o-wisp
    Pain Split
    Haze
    Explosion (just for fun)

^I'm pretty fond of Weezing, but I'm not positive about the set. Maybe I should replace Haze or something with another attack. It looks good to me, I think. I was unsure about the last slot, but I couldn't resist Explosion. It really can come in handy, and nobody ever expects it.

    *pokemonelite2000 image removed*
    Gliscor @ ??? - Baton Passer
    EVs: 244 Spe/ 12 Def/ 4 Atk/ 244 HP
    Jolly Nature
    Swords Dance
    Baton Pass
    Roost
    Ice Fang

^I'm using Gliscor as a BPer mostly for Slaking and T-tar. Also, if I'm in a corner and they've both already lost, I could also switch in to Weezing for a super-powered Explosion, but that's unlikely. He's also Sandstorm-proof, which is helpful. Ice Fang is nice for those pesky Dragons as well.

    Empoleon @ Lefties - Special Wall-ish Tank-ish thingy
    EVs: 252 HP/ 8 SAtk/ 248 SDef
    Calm Nature
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Grass Knot
    Stealth Rock

^I like Empoleon. Even though there's a Thunderbolt risk here, I think it'll be worth it with all his resistances. Besides, he's Sandstorm-proof like Gliscor which helps with T-tar.

First off, Ttar is never a physical tank. It's weak to so many physical moves, it's not even funny. Second, Careful? No, just breed your own. If you think that one is good, try one with a better nature. Besides, it might be hacked. Not acusing, but be careful.

For his last slot, Pursuit is a good option. Dragon Dance is another. Personally, I've always loved
    fire Blast on it.

    Mixape problems, I must say.

    Gliscor @ ??? - Baton Passer
    EVs: 248 Spe/ 4 Def/ 4 Atk/ 252 HP
    Impish Nature
    Rock Polish
    Baton Pass
    Roost

Give it 4 more Speed IV's, take down it's Defences and give it an Impish nature. If you use Gliscor to Baton Pass to T-tar, Rock Polish would be best.

Send it out when it would be useful. Let it get its job done, and use Rock Polish and Baton Pass to T-tar.

Huh, that Weezing can't do anything to opposing Pokemon, besides Exploding. Which is generally a bad idea, since that forfeits your physical wall. Will-o-Wisp is great for crippling attackers, and Pain Split is his sole form of recovery. However, Haze is generally pretty useless. Stat-uppers that are Hazed can easily stat-up again, or just hit you. And Explosion is a bad idea for the reasons given above. Replace Haze and Explosion for Flamethrower (hits a number of bad threats) and Sludge Bomb/Thunderbolt (Depending on what you want more: STAB/ hitting Gyarados). Also, make it Bold and go with this spread: 252 HP/ 196 Def/ 60 SAtk (I think that's it).

I'd get rid of Slaking, as you already have Tyranitar to cover the 'raw power' department. By the way, rebreed for a CBTar (or possibly a CB-less variant, given that he'll be recieving Rock Polish BPs).

Gardevoir is a bad lead, what with Weavile and Tyranitar leads Pursuiting it to death.

Gardevoir @ Choice Scarf - Special Sweeper
    EVs: 252 SAtk/ 252Spe/ 4 SDef
    Modest Nature
    Thunderbolt
    Energy Ball / Shadow Ball
    Psychic
    Hidden Power FIGHTING/ICE

^Pretty basic spread. I love Gardie, and just couldn't do without her on my team. I'm not sure if she's going to be my lead or not.

Gardevoir isn't a good lead without Choice Scarf. (Or with it on most occasions...) Weavile loves it, as do Tyranitar and CB Pursuiters. Slap on a Choice Scarf and aim for Hidden Power FIGHTING/ICE. (Fighting for Tyranitar/Weavle, Ice for Salamence etc) Your one good choice here was Energy Ball, it will literally halt Swampert leads, if for some reason they decide to stay in...

Slaking @ Choice Band - Physical Sweeper
    EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 HP/ 6 Spd
    Adamant Nature

    Return
    Shadow Claw
    Focus Punch
    Pursuit / Earthquake

^I know that using a Slaking is risky, but I think I can manage. I just couldn't pass up that Attack power.

Meh. Earthquake can be an option over pursuit, but just be wary of your opponent switching in something like a Gyarados/Salamence and giving them a free turn to DD.

Tyranitar @ Life Orb/Leftovers - Second Physical Sweeper
    EVs: 252 Atk, 192 Spd, 64 HP
    Adamant /Jolly
    Earthquake
Stone Edge / Ice Beam / Taunt
    Crunch
    Dragon Dance

^I have no idea where this T-tar came from, but she's won me so many battles over the last few years that I don't care. I usually like to breed and raise my own Pokemon, but she's the sole exception. I'm still thinking on the last slot. I really don't know what to do with it.

Tyranitar is NOT A PHYSICAL TANK. It has a 4x weakness to the most common Physical attacking type in Fighting, not to mention the Sandstream boosts it's special defense past defense. It doesn't look like you need a physical tank with 2 dedicated walls in Weezing and Gliscor, so we can change this set up a bit. Dragon Dancing is one of Tyranitar's pros. Ice Beam is an option to defeat the likes of Donphan and Hippowdon if they get any ideas on switching in, as does it work on a Salamence switching in on an Earthquake to Intimidate you. Taunt can screw over Skarmory (as an example) allowing you a free DD on the switch.

Weezing @ Lefties - Physical Wall
    EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 Sp. Def
    Bold Nature
    Will-o-wisp / Haze
    Pain Split
    Fire Blast / Flamethrower
    Thunderbolt

^I'm pretty fond of Weezing, but I'm not positive about the set. Maybe I should replace Haze or something with another attack. It looks good to me, I think. I was unsure about the last slot, but I couldn't resist Explosion. It really can come in handy, and nobody ever expects it.

Thunderbolt so that you can not so much worry about the likes of Gyara and bulky waters. Flamethrower/Fire Blast roasts Heracross and very importantly...Breloom. Haze can be an option over Will-o-Wisp if you're worried about stat boosts, but you shouldn't really consider it.

    *pokemonelite2000 image removed*
    Gliscor @ Salac/Liechi Berry - Baton Passer
    EVs: 244 Spe/ 16 Def/ 244 HP
    Impish / Jolly Nature

    Swords Dance
    Baton Pass
    Roost / Substitute
Ice Fang / Stone Edge / Aerial Ace / Earthquake

^I'm using Gliscor as a BPer mostly for Slaking and T-tar. Also, if I'm in a corner and they've both already lost, I could also switch in to Weezing for a super-powered Explosion, but that's unlikely. He's also Sandstorm-proof, which is helpful. Ice Fang is nice for those pesky Dragons as well.

I have no idea about those EV's, so I won't touch them apart from that 4 atk. Substitute should be considered purely because it allows you to activate your berry much easier. The last slot should basically be about what bothers your team the most. Salac or Liechi, your choice on that one.

    Empoleon @ Lefties - Special Wall-ish Tank-ish thingy
    EVs: 252 HP/ 8 SAtk/ 248 SDef
    Calm Nature
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Grass Knot
Stealth Rock / Toxic / Yawn

^I like Empoleon. Even though there's a Thunderbolt risk here, I think it'll be worth it with all his resistances. Besides, he's Sandstorm-proof like Gliscor which helps with T-tar.

Meh. tbh, I would much rather the PetayaSweeper set, or not at all, but if it works for you. If it's a 'Tank', then consider Toxic/Yawn over Stealth Rock, as no-one likes a Bulky water with Toxic. Swampert or Milotic could probably do this job better.

It's looking better, but a Hidden Power ICE Gengar tears through your team. You don't have a Special Wall to speak of, so I should probably say a 'Special Sweeper' tears through your team. I propose removing Empoleon for possibly Blissey or Snorlax.

    Blissey@Leftovers
    Calm
    100 HP, 252 Def, 156 Sp. Def
    Natural Cure

    Aromatherapy
    Seismic Toss
    Thunder Wave / Toxic
    Softboiled

    or

    Snorlax@Leftovers
    Careful
    244 HP, 236 Sp. Def, 28 Def
    Thick Fat

    Rest
    Sleep Talk
    Body Slam
    Crunch / Earthquake

Crunch lets you hit Gengar and prevents stalls with Cresselia, while Earthquake lets you definitively counter Heatran.

HP Ice Gengar and HP Ice MixApe literally sweep all and 5/6 of your team, respectively.

As for Tyranitar, it may specially defensive Tyranitar (252HP/216sp.def/40atk) and runs Choice Band. This ensures survival against Timid Life Orb Gengar's Focus Blast, should it try, while you OHKO in response. The power lost is hurtful, but it's pretty dang sturdy against a lot of things.

The two above sweepers need to be stopped. It's 4:20AM, so I can't give suggestions.
