My team for the E4 (Pearl)

I'm on my way of beating the E4, but I need some advice on which pokemon should be taklen out/change moves/ ect.

So, here it goes...

Infernape level 54
Moves: Return, Calm Mind, Flamethrower, and Close Combat.

Roserade Level 47
Moves: Toxic Spikes, Magical Leaf, Giga Drain, and Ingrain.

Luxray Level 50
Moves: Crunch, Spark, Thunder Fang, and Swagger.

Floatzel Level 55
Moves Razor Wind, Crunch, Ice Beam, and Surf.

Garchomp Level 49
Moves: Earthquake, Dragon Rage, Crunch, and Dragon Claw.

Misdreavus Level 30 (I'm evolving it into a Mismagiuse)
Moves: Spite, Psybeam, Pain Split, and Mean Look.

I would like to know if this is a well balanced team or not.
