My team + new move

Heres my team, rate as you will. I have beaten the Elite Four already, but not with this team. This team is to beat the elite four for the second time. A few more levels and I'll try.

And for Tyranitar, I was thinking fire blast might be too much, should I replace it with flamethrower, or is it ok with fire blast ?
