You CANNOT win (no excpetions) without EV training. If you didn't EV an Uber team, honestly an EVed standard team would probably win a match against it. It's that big a difference.

You can just give your pokemon EV-reducing berries and start EV training now, I think. I think people will object to Rose Incence and Quick Claw.
All I know is that Giga Drain isn't good on Torterra, and Luxray has 3 electric attacks. Otherwise, I don't know much else..

Like people have said, without ev training you cannot hope to succeed on this site.

People won't object to rose insense, they will just laugh at you for using it because its a bad item. quick claw is hax though

A point I'd like to make, even if you dont EV train, even if you do face another player who isnt bothered with EVing either, they are going to laugh in your face if they use stealth rock or spikes. 5 of your team members are weak to stealth rock, 2 are weak to spikes, in fact these two are weak to both. Plus you have no walls

I recommend you stay on the site, look at the advice that is given in other threads and start EV training a more balanced team. You'll pick up the does and don'ts soon enough :)
