I need to teach my Pokemon more techniques, but I don't know which to teach them. I can only use my TMs once so I have to be careful. I would also like to know how to evolve my Seadra. I can't find the item I need.

For Firered, you can get the Dragon Scale to evolve Seadra on six Island of the Sevii Islands.

As for the teams, read the stickies. Really, needs a lot of work, and more walling pokemon.
