Lol yeah that is a noob team for NB. I bet you got most of it from your GBA pokemon? Correct me if Im wrong of course. I dont have time to give you a whole lot of suggestions rite now but Ampharos is a good Skarmbliss counter with these moves.

~Focus Punch
~(Filler) HP Grass usually for grounds.

Give it a few attack EVs to put a dent in Blissey and Tbolt should kill Skarm in one hit.

~ Earthquake

Dragon Claw is kind of a filler move. You'll be better off with a strong Fire attack to deal with Skarm. Dragon Dance is a MUST.

Body Slam is another filler move. It's not Super-Effective against anything. Your EVs are a little too spread out as well...

Yeah.... there were a lot of changes. Don't spread out EVs TOO much... they might be worthless...

Don't Choice Band your Nidoqueen.

If you have to use one of them, go with Nidoking and make his set Sub/Focus Punch/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt.

He could run a STAB'd Quake, but I just like Subpunch Boltbeaming a little better.

Lord Jaws flogged my Ampharos set, but it works.

For Arcanine consider HP Fighting over HP Ground, puts a bigger dint into Blissey, and allows more freedom in who you can attack.
With HP Ground, Aerodactyl ruins him (He is already screwed by Dactyl anyway though).

For Salamence, Dragon Dance/Earthquake/HP Flying or Aerial Ace/Substitute seems better to me.
I choose to put Sub on him as a means of avoiding status, and it allows for a free Dance if the opponent switches.

As for Tropius, lose it, and pick yourself up one of McGraws creations, McSceptile - Leaf Blade, Leech Seed, Hidden Power Ice (Or Fire) and Substitute.
This sexy machine is fun to use and severely annoys the hell out of people.

For Swampert, go with Earthquake/Rock Slide/Rest/Curse, Cursepert if you will - He's a nice addition to the team, and unless he gets Hazed, he can hurt things - Badly.

Well Queen is the defensive Nido so Id go Lefties, Lum on King.

Leftovers all the way, on both of them.

Only thing I can think a Lum Berry suits is Shedinja.

Well you musnt be thinking too hard then. Pokes that cant really take a hit but have synchronise (Zam, maybe Gardy) can use Lum to their great advantage.

Why would you stat effect a pokemon that could have Synchronize? You wouldn't.

Lum > Focus Band on Shedinja in my opinion, as you can get a free hit in, relying on 10% to live isn't cool.. It's a different kind of risk to the Assist Team's risk.
