Okay, so I haven't been in the competitive scene for nearly a year. I would really like to get back into it soon so I'll be starting doing battles on Shoddy before returning to Wi-fi. I decided to join the UU bandwagon seeing as it got a lot more popular than before. I want to try something new instead of going back to the same old standard rules. This is also the first RMT I've made here so I really could use some feedback.
Here is my team:
Electrode @ Focus Sash
Ability: Static
EVs: 72 Atk/236 Spd/200 SAtk
Hasty nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Explosion
- Taunt
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Grass]
I wanted something fast to lead my team so I picked Electrode. Taunt will obviously be for preventing setups. Explosion is there when Electrode is to do major damage to walls and other things that don't resist it. With the current EV setup, its speed is 412 which I think is more than enough. Should I add more speed EVs or get rid of some and add more to Attack so it can possibly do more damage with Explosion?

EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SAtk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Fire Blast
- Will-o-wisp
- Pain Split
- Thunderbolt
Weezing job is not only to inflict status ailment but to absorb some ground moves for Probopass.

Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Ice Beam
- Waterfall
- Return
My physical sweeper. It will usually come in when I can see a Water move coming. Then, I'll set up a single Dragon Dance before attacking with it.
