    when i play pokemon color games its playing at like 2000-5000% and its a little hard to play like that can anyone help?
     
    Here:

    Options > Frameskip > Throttle > 100% or any other you want.
     
    go to options and click frameskip than throttle and change that 100%
    100% is the normal speed for gbc games
