I drew Altaria, Jirachi in vector graphic to test out MS Expression Design 2.

So you freehanded Altaria and traced Jirachi?

They're pretty good. I kinda prefer thicker outlines myself. (Hey, can you do me a favor and check out my vectors? No one posted there and it makes me sad.)

Oh, and interesting program choice, never even heard of it. I use Photoshop for my vectors.

I have a question: how to create sharp-ending stroke(edges)?
Microsoft Expression Design 2 is a vector drawing application. I used it to make WPF/Silverlight GUI.

I'm not sure what you mean by sharp-ending stroke. Show me an example?

And keep in mind I use Photoshop.

Maybe I need to create a custom stroke to establish that. I know MS Expression Design has that feature

What I do in Photoshop for the outline is simply draw out the whole thing as a black silhouette, then draw the parts on top of that, leaving the black underneath to serve as the outline.

see, i tried yoom-tah's method and i like it but i add my own touches to make it more personal to my own style. no two pictures should look alike technically and the same goes for the procedures and styles the artists use to make said pictures. oh, and btw, ZOMG JIRACHI IS TEH CUTENESS!

My program is used for user interface design, not mainly arts, SVG is also a type of vector graphics and it is viewable on firefox. My program can't create strokes like that
