Optimized EV spread hits the 2nd highest possible Leftovers number paired up with max Def to take the hardest hits from opposing threats, 80 EV's in Atk allows me to OHKO Mence w/ Life Orb and lastly 4 Spd so I can outspeed other Hippows. This guy starts up SS, lays Rocks down and neutralizes my nasty Elec weakness. EQ for STAB and Ice Fang for Flyers/Dragons and those who are immune to EQ.

Firstly.. I'll explain the EV spread. Since SS will be up, there will be no need for a magical Hp restoration number. Next we have 96 EV's invested in Sp. Atk, this allows me 2HKO Gyara/Heatran. 156 Sp. Def ensures I survive Sp. hits and 72 Spd outspeeds max Spd Modest Heatran. Now moveset.. Surf for STAB and for Nape who normally destroys SS teams, HP (Elec) for Gyara and Water types, Toxic Spikes deals more residual damage and Rapid Spin to get rid of nasty entry hazards.

Mild - 28 Atk, 252 Sp. Atk, 228 Spd

Ahh... ScarfGar lol. Resistances are damn incredible. Moveset is fairly average: Shadow Ball + BoltBeam + Explosion for Bliss. Choice Scarf + 228 Spd hits 469 Spd which outspeeds a Gyarados with 2 DD's behind it, max Sp. Atk and remainder was put into Atk. A Ghost type is a necessity in a SS to nullify opposing Rapid Spins, and reasoning for Mild > Rash is thus... Gengars Def is lower then his Sp. Def so no point making both defences crap.

""Almost"" standard Skarm lol.... 136 Spd EV's hit 210 Spd which outspeeds Base 85 Spd neutral natured pkmn with an investment of 4 Spd EV's *looks at Cresselia*and max speed Adamant Machamps, the 96 Def EV's gives me a bonus point and 24 Atk ensures I OHKO Machamp with some help of SS and SR. Spikes is stage 4 of my indirect damage and Taunt so opponents are forced to switch while I get free turns to set up. No Whirlwind cause what I've noticed is that a lot of switches are automatically made by my opponent through forced switching.

Ultimate staller and annoyer! You guys seriously don't know how many times this guy has made my opponent quit the match due to frustration xD
But anyways... Max Hp/Def cause Shuckle gets a nice Sp. Def boost from the SS. Almost always my opponent thinks this guy is set up fodder so when they try to set up.. I Encore there asses to doom, Rest cause it needs Recovery, Toxic to get those pkmn that are unaffected by Toxic Spikes due to Levitate ability or Flying typing. Knock Off just makes life a lot easier for me.

EV spread hits the 2nd highest Leftovers number, Careful + 252 Sp. Def cause what I've noticed is that I kinda lacked a proper Sp. Defender and Celebi is usually smacked in the face by Sp. hits not Physical, 32 Spd outspeeds max Spd Jolly T.tar and rest in Def. Celebi is my final (5th) step of dealing indirect damge. Once Leech Seed + Light Screen are set up, he U-Turns outta there to something else. Makes a decent Status Absorber with U-Turn + Natural Cure lol
