I didnt put any EVs in perticuar. I dump 10 of each vitamin into the pokemon except for the attack stat it doesnt use,then i fill the last 50 or so with something i find it lacks in.

That's not going to cut it for a competitive battling team. EVs are called EFFORT VALUES for a reason. You need to put in some EFFORT.

No EVs = No Rate. Simple as that.

Well, for a monotype team this is OK (Except for effort values)
But you might want to get a back-up team for when you're battling someone really good.

You could just try shoddy battle. All you have to do is type in the pokemon you want including EVs nature and IVs.

actualy... this team is just for my brother to practice on before he does the elite four in Soul silver, sorry i didnt make that clear.

most of my competitive pokemon are level 100, while these are only in low 50s for training purposes.

I do EV train most of my competitive pokemon in apropriate manners. just not my practise pokemon, for these i just dump all the vitamins.

This looks like a good defensive team, but you don't need four Surf users even if they all get STAB. Ludicolo needs a good Grass-type move or something.
