    My website is: https://programming-designs.com

It is a fairly new website (started in early September) and focuses on programming -- visual basic, java, and php source code, tutorials, and articles. I also have a free uploading service (1 MB files or under) that requires no registration, as well as some other stuff like photoshop tutorials.

It would be nice to get some feedback/comments, also, if anybody is interested in helping me with photoshop tutorials or is good at programming, visit my site and let me know. Thanks.

Very nice design, nice content. Also some useful services. ^^

    PunBB...eww... ><

I love the site (the free content/downloads that I have seen so far). Though some prices for the items you are selling, are a tad too high.

I would reccomend evaluating your total revenue since you set those prices, and if they haven't met your standards than maybe consider a change in prices.

Hehe, not bad, but... *winces* Visual Basic? Couldn't you have put, like, C or something there? Also, you should put some stuff about functional languages~

    Really good looking site. :3
    I can't really give any constructive critisism because.... I suck. >>;

Thanks for the comments. Visual Basic was put first because thats the language I first started on and have the most on. As I continue to learn, I will be putting up both PHP, C++, and Java source codes available for download. I also need more people to work with me as I cannot do all of this alone. Anyhow, thanks for the comments! Greatly appreciated =)

I'm so tempted to say that VB isn't a language... but I'm too nice :P.

nice looking site get some tutorials for vb.net 2003 lol i've upgraded from 6 lol

*winces* And VB.NET is, if anything, *worse* than VB6... XD I upgraded too, and it's quite horrible. *is sticking to C*

I agree .NET is horrible -- now I've decided to stick to C++/Java/ and PHP... Also going to start using linux now, no more windows for me! :bandit:

    o_O I wouldn't say scrap Windows *completely*... especially if you're a Linux n00b XD.

The main reason I want to switch is because I found out Windows Vista is supposed to be all about .NET object-orientation which I am NOT fond of. I figure I should switch and become familiar with linux before it comes out.

Doesn't really matter when you switch... and you won't be able to avoid .NET forever :P.

Windows Vista is NOT going to be all .net oriented ~_~ though a majoral of it will. And like Jedia_Amara said, you can run away from it all you want but sooner or later it will catch up to you.

Not only will it catch up to you, it'll EAT YOU.

Oh no! :surprised what will I do? I already learned a bit of .NET but I don't plan on making it a language I use normally -- I find C++ much more interesting and of course I'll learn Windows Vista but I won't be attached to it I'm sure.

Could you put ruby on the site? And a compiler that WORKS?

.NET is not a language, it's a framework which integrates with various languages.

Windows Vista is not a "language" to "learn", it's an operating system.

    Anyways...

Back ON Topic, I think you could make your layout less cluttered. Though you believe in coding is a must a simple yet easily searchable design is needed. ESPECIALLY in a genre of site like yours.
