    one Robbin Goblin- each time 1 of your monsters inflicts damage to your opponent's hand and discarded to the graveyard

    one enchanted javelin- when your opponent's monster attacks, increases your life points by attacking monster's ATK points.

    1.1800 beaters are outdated
    replace them with 1900's
    Goblin Attack Force,Gemini Elf,Spear Dragon,Archfiend Soldier,Mad Dog Of Darkness
    (your meat of the deck)
    2.keep it down to 2 tributes
    the first one is Jinzo and the second one is one of your choice i prefer either Kaiser Glider or AirKnight Parshath
    3.you can only have 1 dark hole and reborn in your deck
    4.keep your deck down to 40 cards
    5.get rid of situational cards
    man eaters and maha vailo is outdated
     
    I dont have ne 1900 ATK four star monsters....I was ent sure on how many dark holes n monster reborns u could have

    You can only have three of each monsters and you put 7 Colored fish

    Ohh, if you don't have 1900 Atk, try putting common 1850 Atk mosters in your deck. There are some in Invasion of Chaos.
    For example: Gagagido, Blazing Impachi...etc.
    And you can have only one Dark Hole and Monster Reborn. But if you want to revive more monsters, try Call of the Haunted (from Pharoah Servant) or Premature Burial (also from Pharoah Servant but you can get one in Kaiba Starter Deck evolution. It's much cheaper.)

    Also try not to have so many defensive monsters like Mystical Elf because you can't do much with them except for defend and offer. But by the time you have something to tribute chances are that they'll already have something stronger. Try going with Atk because by the time they summon enough mosters and have something that can wipe out all your monsters Ex: Raigeki. Also with the level 7 monsters, try putting level 6's instead. They're a tad weaker but hey, they're 1 turns faster to summon and take less monsters to offer. Most of the times, I don't even need to tribute. And the try getting mage power or united we stand in replace for your other equip cards. They're like 5 times stronger. And the rest..Blasty already told.
