Hmm. No original art, and Ken Sugimori?
Wouldn't you word Legendary Moon "Does 10 damage times the number of Pokémon you have in play with Mythical on its card"? And have a 10x?
Everything else looks fine, though I'm not certain as to the lacement of Confuse Ray's name and description.
The word Promo is too far right. Even if you have no set symbol, that space needs to be there, really.
Overall, a good card. Good attacks and a good backdrop on Absol. 7.5/10.
