The aliens have destroyed our base on Mars, wiped out our space fleets, and now, only one ship stands between Earth and total annihilation! Disgusted by the incompetence of Earth's military, the independent arms manufacturer Nergal has built its own space battle cruiser. But due to the shortage of trained soldiers, they've had to assemble the most unorthodox crew to ever launch into orbit. With a cook who's also a pilot and an Admirals's daughter in command, the new starship is the most formidable fighting vehicle ever conceived. But before it can see action against the Jovian invaders, the crew must win their first victory against their own species as they fight off a ruthless attempt by Earth's military to seize the Nadesico!

    -----------------------------------------------------

I watched a few episodes on my "Comcast: On Demand" thing, and it was pretty good to say the least. Funny and full of action, but sometimes so confusing it was funny? I dunno, it kept me entertained at least. I liked the artwork a lot though, especially the design of the Nadesico itself.

OH MY GOODNESS! .....Uh, yeah, i half thought i was dreaming there....when i saw this.
Well, it's nice to see that there's someone else that likes 'Nadesico' here, even if it does mean losing my secretly self-held title of PC's only Nadesico Fan....Gah, anyway, in case for some reason you can't tell, i'm a huge fan of the series. And, yeah i'd agree the artwork was really good, the sames goes for the characters; all of their personalities were well thought out and pretty humourous. Uh.....i'm just gonna shut up now ok....o.O I'm getting the feeling that, i've already taken things to the far extreme....almost...
