In Pokemon Platinum where is the name changer? i got a chimchar and the name is in japanese and yeah lol

Main floor of one of the Sinnoh apartment-condo buildings. Eterna I think. Old bald guy. Either way, that Chimchar may evolve to Monferno and lose its Japanese name UNLESS the Chimchar is nicknamed using Japanese alph input.
